Facilities with Continuous Timely Data Submission
Per the Conditions for Coverage [494.180(i)], "the governing body receives and acts upon recommendations from the ESRD network. The dialysis facility must cooperate with the ESRD network designated for its geographic area, in fulfilling the terms of the Network's current statement of work. Each facility must participate in ESRD network activities and pursue network goals.
Please refer to Part 494 Conditions for Coverage for End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities Interpretive Guidelines for further interpretation of this requirement. The Conditions for Coverage and Interpretive Guidelines can be found under the "Conditions for Coverage" tab on the left hand side of this page.
The Network would like to acknowledge and thank facilities with outstanding forms submission to the Network. The facilities acknowledged each quarter are facilities that have no delinquencies in submitting required and requested documents to any of the four (4) departments of the Network: Quality Improvement Department, Patient Services Department, Administration Department and Data Department.
