Information Services Data

Patient data is collected from all ESRD Dialysis and Transplant facilities within Southern California. All CMS/Network forms are processed daily to maintain patient data in Standard Information Management System (SIMS). SIMS provides a common platform for all ESRD Networks to access the national database.
