Information Services - Training, Tips and Problem Solving
Network 18’s Data Department encourages facility staff to become familiar with these resources, as they contain instructions and explanations for the most common questions and mistakes that facilities may encounter.
We urge facility employees to complete CMS forms accurately and thoroughly, and submit them to the Network in a timely manner. Failure to submit ‘complete’ and ‘timely’ forms can result in delay of patient benefits, facility delinquent notices, decreasing Accuracy & Compliance score, and the Network’s correspondence with the facility’s Medical Director.
